YaLC (Yet another Liero Clone) A clone still in it's early stages. War Worms Another clone. Barely started, but at a good pace. ALC (Another Liero Clone) Fun site for another developing clone. Looks like there's some potential. Liero AI A promising Liero clone which adequetly tricks out Liero with tons of new powerups cool weapons, water/rain, four player support, levels with triggers, and loads of customization. Only setbacks currently: No network play, and very slow on most machines. WOD Worms of Doom. It's multiplayer Liero, still in development stages. Promising! Wurmz! This is a program still in development. It's goal is to be the best Liero it can be (all the good stuff we love, and more). WormRage Good atempt at Liero. Very close in many ways--but still lacks that special game play. Keep your eye on this one though Molez A first in the small-creature intense real time combat generation, which is what Liero was based on. You play as moles. Definitely check it out! Mclone Mclone is a molez or liero style shooting game, and it's freeware. Also, check out the information on mclone2 which, like liero 2, is being community built. NiL (NiL isn't Liero) A very close approximation of Liero, open source, for unix. War Kurre Another liero clone which features similar game play but uses squirrels and some different interfacing and graphics. Nex7 Play against 15 people in malicious or cooperative modes as you try to bomb bases or eliminate opponents in a fast paced action spin off of liero. Worms The origional worm combat game that spawned most of the rest. It's fun. It's nice. But not as good as Liero. |
